Stephen is the Pastor of Strategic Growth and Connections at Christ Church Assembly of God, where he has served since 2004.  He provides oversight to small groups, adult discipleship, leadership development, and strategic planning.  Stephen has over 15 years of experience developing leaders through ministry, training, coaching, and the development of leadership resources.

He is the author of The Uncommon Life: A Small Group Study of the Book of James, Journey of a Dreamer, Developing Student Leaders, G5 and the co-author of four small group curriculums. 

Stephen has developed an extensive leadership team at Christ Church including community leaders, coaches, and small group hosts.  Currently Stephen is pursing a Master's in Organizational Leadership from the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship at Regent University.  Stephen resides in Texas with his wife Karen and their daughter Ashley.
